Is this course legitimate? Will I get in legal trouble?

This course teaches you the current legal landscape for non-physician practitioners — including where liability sits and how medical director oversight creates a legitimate operating path. We can’t guarantee your individual legal outcome (that depends on your state and specific practice), but you’ll leave understanding exactly what questions to ask and how to reduce your risk.

Do I need prescribing rights to benefit from this course?

No. This course is built specifically for non-physician wellness practitioners — estheticians, health coaches, med spa owners, and others without prescribing authority. You’ll learn the legal framework, including how medical director oversight works, so you can operate within your scope

Do I need a medical director? Does this course help me find one

You don’t need a medical director to take this course or start learning — this training is where you build that foundation. A medical director relationship becomes important once you’re ready to offer peptide-related services to clients. This course teaches you how that relationship works and what to look for, and at the end of the bootcamp, we’ll introduce you to a few pathways to form a medical director partnership when you’re ready.

Are CEU credits available?

No. CEU accreditation for peptide education currently exists only for licensed prescribers (RNs, NPs, PAs, MDs) through bodies like the ANCC — there’s no equivalent accrediting body for non-licensed wellness practitioners yet. This course provides a certificate of completion, not CEUs.
